Our experience in working with further and higher education providers is extensive. We also ensure we have access to knowledge and expertise from the wider business community to ensure when we speak of good practice it isn't restricted to FE and HE.

Louise Doyle

Managing Director

Specialising in management & leadership development, engaging employers in training and education, overcoming barriers to change and customer experience management. Louise has operated in a management capacity for British Airways, Orange Telecommunications and City of Sunderland College. Between 2008-2011 Louise has worked as a Lead Advisor on both the LSIS World Class Skills and Skills & Employer Responsiveness Programmes. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and is in her final year of an MEd in Leadership. Louise is also co-founder of Mesma; a company which provides impressive self assessment and improvement planning software to the learning and skills sector.

 

Claire Gourley

Lead Advisor

Having worked in FE for the last seven years, Claire is a qualified teacher, assessor and internal verifier, specialising in customer service, team leading and management qualifications. Claire also brings management experience from a range of sectors from travel, hospitality and the contact centre industry. With a current focus on quality Claire also externally moderates for a national awarding body and is involved in delivery and internal verification of TAQA qualifications.

Susan Walker

Lead Advisor

Professionally qualified as a lecturer in leadership and management and a teacher of business studies, Susan has taught in a range of FE colleges, businesses and secondary schools. Having held management roles in organisations such as City of Sunderland College, British Gas and Orange Telecomms, Susan made the decision to move into an advisory role in order to work with education providers with a view to using her expertise in designing and delivering diverse curriculum areas (from welfare to work to foundation degrees) to assist others to build successful provision.

 

 

Ann Chivers

Lead Advisor

Ann is a vastly experienced advisor in the FE sector, having made a significant contribution to programmes delivered by LSN, KPMG, CfBT and the AoC & AELP to name but a few. Her specialisms include marketing, developing employer responsiveness provision and a facilitator of leadership development training.
